Fitness Center


Our Fitness Facility is adjacent to our tennis facility.  In it, our members enjoy a wide array of equipment including stationary bikes, step machines, elliptical machines and Nautilus-style weights.  We also offer fitness classes three days a week, as outlined below.

The alarm automatically arms itself at dark and disarms at daylight (adjusted seasonally). If you desire to access the Fitness Center at other times, please use the Club issued code.
Fitness Classes meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00 am in the Horizon Room of the Main Clubhouse. Varied routines are designed to fit your fitness needs and levels.

Water Works Aerobics

Aquatic aerobics begin after Memorial Day and run through Labor Day. Classes begin at 8:45 am Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Pool.

Fitness Center Orientation

Orientations are available to Class A and B Members to review the proper use of the equipment, thera-bands, flex balls and free weights. Sessions are limited to five, so please sign up early.
