Rules

  1. The pool may be rented by members for private parties. A $40 deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposit will be applied to fee.
  2. The cost will be $75 for parties consisting of 1 thru 50. A minimum of three (3) lifeguards are required. 1 membership per 15 guests is required to be present for the duration of the party.
  3. The cost will be $100 for parties consisting of 51 thru 100. A minimum of four (4) lifeguards are required. 1 membership per 15 guests is required to be present for the duration of the party.
    1. Parties over 50 people must be approved by the General Manager.
  4. Members are responsible for the conduct of all guests.
  5. All lifeguards are paid $15 an hour each in CASH the night of the party by the member. Lifeguards are paid for the entire time your party occupies the premises. Additional guards may be necessary for your guests’ safety, as circumstances dictate. This shall be determined by the Pool Manager. Outside guards are not permitted.
  6. Arrangements for pool parties shall be made with the pool manager.
  7. Pool party hours may be from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The music must stop at 11:00 p.m..
  8. No pool parties will be allowed unless the appropriate number of members required are present.
  9. The member is responsible for their own food and beverage.
  10. There will be NO GLASS allowed inside the pool area.
  11. All HCC, state, county, Red Cross pool rules will be enforced for safety reasons.
  12. Not less than 24 hours in advance, the member is responsible for giving an accurate count of people to attend so that the proper number of guards can be on duty.
  13. HCC is not responsible for items left behind or lost by your guests.
  14. NO pool staff is to handle or serve alcohol.
  15. No alcoholic beverages are allowed at the pool by anyone under 21 years of age.
  16. The member is responsible for quick clean-up and any damages. 

Pool Parties During Regular Hours

  1. You must give a 48 hour notice when having more than six
  2. guests.
  3. Guests’ fees apply for any non-member in attendance.
  4. Parties can be scheduled for the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 7:00p.m. Monday through Sunday.
  5. Parties may not be scheduled during swim lessons.
  6. A party must be limited to twelve guests.
  7. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guest.
  8. All decoration and trash must be bagged by the member or group after the party.
